Winner Announced Shower Seals Direct Competition – Free Bal Tanking Kit Prize.
We are delighted to announce Riana Smyth, Sandbach, Cheshire as the winner of our Bal Tanking Kit competition. Riana received her prize this week and said “ I am delighted to win the Bal Tanking Kit as my bathroom is a disaster area and I cant wait for my husband to waterproof it properly – the tiles are covered in mildew and the smell of damp when I open the bathroom door is awful. Everything I read about BAL is positive so this time we will do it right and make sureour bath walls are totally waterproofed.”
David Hicks, London and Nigel Jones, Dorset got the runners up 20% discount vouchers. David purchased the Trimlux Shower Seal as he needs to replace the leaking shower seal around his bath. Nigel bought the Aquastrap 4 metre bundle with silicone sealant as he is about to replace his shower tray in his en suite bathroom.
Overall we received over 25 entries with pictures some of which we will post on our site. The biggest problem seemed to be leaking showers causing a leak through the bathroom floor down into the kitchen area below. This meant that both the bathroom leak and kitchen roof area needed to be repaired – an expensive job. The feedback from you was very positive so we will run another competition in the coming months, please feel free to send in any ideas you may have and the shower seals sales team will vote on the best idea.
